Ability to commit for at least 6-months, with an average of 7 hours of work every week (pending on workload).

Ability to be flexible and adapt to the changing program;

Excellent written and spoken English skills;

Good IT and Communication skills (Google Drive, Google Hangout and Microsoft Office, Slack);

Motivation and proven ability to work independently in a global team;

Great team working skills, and proven the ability to work in a collaborative working environment;

A creative mindset to facilitate the development of the overall NGOs and the mentoring program;

High interest in mentorship, education and global health;

Good/stable internet connection; and

Desirable: existing network in the field of global health desired but not necessary.
